+ Clinic Partnerships Associate

Overview
Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company is the nation’s largest behavioral health pharmacy chain. In 2015, Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company acquired 1DocWay, which is the nation’s largest outpatient telepsychiatry company. Since acquisition, 1DocWay has rebranded as Genoa Telepsychiatry but maintained its start-up culture and spirit in its NYC-based office.

Under general supervision from the Director, Sales & Business Development the Sales Associate’s role will be a combination of market research, Excel analysis, and inside sales telemarketing. As the role progresses, there will be opportunities for outside sales at conferences and community mental health centers around the US. The Sales Associate focuses on generating new leads and building relationships with C-Suite contacts during early deal stages. Creating detailed, deadline-driven work, the Sales Associate is personable and thrives in team settings.

The Sales Associate must have a robust knowledge base of the healthcare marketplace and a genuine interest in the sales process. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Overall, the Sales Associate must positively impact the business name, client relations, and generate more revenue than costs.

As part of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
  • Leverage Genoa Telepsychiatry’s software and providers to early-stage prospects
  • Support business development/sales team by conducting software demos and creating presentations
  • Maintain excellent relations with medical directors, executive directors, and other relevant clinic staff
  • Advocate for increased mental healthcare access
  • Accurately maintain databases and CRM
  • Actively participate in staff meetings
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in healthcare, entrepreneurship, business, or economics preferred

+ Physician Partnerships Associate

Overview
Genoa Telepsychiatry increases access to behavioral health services across the U.S. by building high quality telepsychiatry networks. These networks connect psychiatrists and APRNs to clinics with patients who would otherwise lack the ability to receive the psychiatric services they need. Genoa Telepsychiatry is backed by a large financial institution and has grown to become the largest outpatient telepsychiatry provider with over 140 providers signed and over 40,000 appointments completed to date.

Our psychiatrists and APRNs are the heart of our solution and we are seeking someone who is passionate about finding and recruiting new providers for our growing business needs. We are searching for a Physician Partnerships Associate who will work closely with Physician Partnerships in our mission to grow our team of Genoa Telepsychiatrists. Given that telepsychiatry is a rapidly growing industry, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of a cutting edge solution to the deep, structural issue of mental health care access.

As part of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Be action oriented and focused on the operational needs of the Physician Partnerships team
  • Work closely with the Physician Partnerships team to understand where the pressing recruiting needs are and to carry out the necessary recruiting efforts to address those needs
  • Speak directly to providers about our values, competitive advantages, business model, differentiators, and mission; also able to answer provider questions related to our contract
  • Be diligent and quick in responding to providers as their point of contact upstream in the recruitment pipeline
  • Be able to listen to providers and prioritize their preferences in the recruiting process
  • Serve as a credible source of education on the benefits of telepsychiatry to providers
  • Collect data on your efforts and success in recruiting providers in order to help the team learn how to improve the process overall Utilize Genoa Telepsychiatry’s CRM tool to stay organized and capture information related to potential providers for communication to other team members
  • Be willing to try new methods of recruiting providers (i.e., running an email campaign, sending messages through Doximity, identifying network leaders to partner with)
  • Be able to evaluate the potential of additional recruiting resources based on team’s needs and knowledge of client market
  • Contribute new ideas and ways to improve the process, as well as be proactive in communicating any roadblocks along with suggested solutions

+ Customer Success Associate

Overview
Genoa Telepsychiatry increases access to behavioral health services across the U.S. by building state of the art telepsychiatry networks. In November 2015, Genoa, a QoL Healthcare Company acquired 1DocWay to form Genoa Telepsychiatry. 1DocWay was a fast-growing venture-funded health-tech startup, and our growth has significantly increased since the acquisition. We are searching for a Customer Success associate who will assist with implementations and account management. The intern will work alongside the entire team, including 1DocWay’s founders and senior managers. This is a 3 month opportunity extendable to 6 months and possibly convertible to a full-time role for outstanding interns.

Tasks

  • Directly support implementations through training, billing, licensing/credentialing, and compliance activities and research

  • Directly support account management through technical, clinical, and administrative support

  • Help scale implementations and account management through technology- based design and process improvements

  • Assist the CS team with general administrative matters such as preparing and sending invoices and coordinating team meetings
