The online doctor’s office just got renovated - faster, simpler, and more reliable telepsychiatry

We’ve spent all summer working on some exciting updates and we can’t wait to share them with you. This week, we are introducing the third generation of the 1DocWay Telepsychiatry Portal, which has been completely rebuilt from the ground up to be faster, simpler, and more reliable.

These changes will be rolling out this week and will hopefully help you do your work faster and more easily. There are some big changes coming up and our team will work with you closely to make sure that these are rolled out successfully. Wait, is something about to change?

Yes and no. At Genoa Telepsychiatry we take your feedback very seriously. We’ve heard you loud and clear on the things you like and the things that you want to see get better. In this release, we’ve made some great progress in addressing a lot of what you asked for, while still retaining the same look and feel. You are going to find that everything looks familiar, from the login screen to the dashboard and the sidebar navigation-- yet fresh, fast and full of new details that will improve your experience.

So what’s new?

A lot. There’s a ton to share and discuss, and in the coming weeks we’ll be sending more detailed posts describing the new functionality in each of the different areas of our portal in depth. However, to get you started, here’s a summary of the changes you can expect both in terms of new features, as well as enhancements to existing parts of the portal.

New Features

  • Automatic bandwidth test every time you log on to alert you if your internet connection is below the recommended requirements
  • A new more user-friendly, automatic log-out feature that helps you stay HIPAA-compliant 
  • The ability to send password reset emails to members of your organization
  • The ability for providers to request access to edit completed notes directly from the portal
  • And of course - more bug fixes as we continuously work to ensure the best possible user experience!
